Domestically produced seaweed ready to use and with no rinse required, such as Hokkaido Wakkanai origin kombu to provide clear mineral rich soup stock with tasty flavor, Nagasaki origin hijiki with crunchy and rich flavor. We also offer ajinori (dried seaweed laver with flavor) which kids like very much and are useful to onigiri (rice ball).
