Using domestic organically cultivated soy bean, wheat, and rice. We could make miso soup “without any dashi soup” as we prepared some kinds of naturally brewed miso which are aged slowly and fillings of the soup. This is 100 percent of vegetable origin ingredient without using dashi from dried sardine or bonito. It is not used even dried kelp or shiitake mushroom, so this has clear and light taste. This is the “good point of naturally brewed miso”. This has juicy spinach such as freshly boiled one, and chunky texture of shimeji mushroom. These ingredients are together with deep taste of miso. Enjoy this delicious miso soup with rich flavour like freshly cooked.
