Raw carrot is used for the dough without any processed ingredients such as vegetable powder. We select the ingredients carefully direct from the farmers and from areas which are organically cultivated. We use organic carrot and organic brown rice bought directly from farmers, compressed and squeezed rape seed oil, raw sugar containing the minerals of beet sugar and salt with the bittern remaining. Freshly-ground brown rice flour is mixed into the sweet carrot and the dough carefully rolled out by hand. Good size for little mouths. They are baked without using any baking powder or baking soda, so they don’t have thickness, but they are firmer than other products that use Wheat Flour.
