100% vegetable origin ingredients! This has fresh flavor using a rich amount of domestic citrus peel. We select the ingredients carefully direct from the farmers and from areas which are organically cultivated. We use chemical free domestic wheat flour, domestic organic citrus and lemon, compressed and squeezed rape seed oil, raw sugar containing the minerals of beet sugar and salt with the bittern remaining. We peeled the skin of organic lemons and organic amanatsu (a sweet variety of Watson pomelo) and processed them into jam. Then, we kneaded them together with organic Japanese citrus peel into a bar. This has the simple taste of citrus with the freshness and sweetness from the rich taste of domestic wheat flour. Although we bake it without using baking powder, it has a crunchy texture and high density. This gives us a long lasting feeling of satisfaction after eating. We made it harder so it can be chewed and eaten slowly. Take it for your breakfast during the busy morning or keep it in your office drawer or in your bag. It is a plain meal with a rich aroma of ctrus and no food additives such as preservative or acidic ingredients.
