Fresh taste of vegetable origin ingredients. Deep taste of two kinds of real soy sauce.
We add two kinds of soy sauce into light taste of soup base from dried kelp and Napa cabbage brought slowly out the taste. One of the soy sauce is authentically brewed dark soy sauce using domestic soy bean, and the other one is mild and rich flavour of authentically brewed soy sauce with long aged double making method. Enjoy flavourful soy sauce soup made with two kinds of production method soy sauces. The noodle is flavourful non fried noodle using only domestic wheat flour. The artisans dry it slowly for about three days while he is watching out weather and the situation of the noodle. The flavourful soy sauce soup is made with two kinds of soy sauce and prepared only vegetable origin ingredients and it is addicted to eat together with thin noodle. (Soy sauce of “double making” method is; aging soy sauce for half a year, and then the completed raw soy sauce does not go production version, but it goes back into the preparation barrel once again. [Cooking preparation / How to eat] (serves: one person)
