For caring clean bowels
It is taken off barley skin but left its germ on, and made it useful rolled barley. It gets pleasantry chewy texture and thickness when you cook it. There are various ways of use for mixing in rice, risotto, soup, or white sauce.
For clean bowels
Rich in well-balanced both water-soluble and non-water-soluble fiber. It is said that the germ has lots of an unsaturated fatty acid, vitamin E and calcium. Good for who care clean bowels.
You can use as it is, as it has already polished with fine brush and taken off its bran. Wash shortly and use it if you worry about.
How to wash
Use fine colander to wash it. In case you cook with rice, wash and cook them together.
When you cook rice;
Put in a table spoon of this millet per about 150g of rice. Adjust as you want. Adding water is same as usual you cook rice in case you add 20% millet of the rice.
