Back to the original source of the natural and traditional taste; mixture of mild sweetness of grain and black bean extract.

Without mint or strong herbs, we are using king of black bean; “Tamba area black bean” extract, which has rich flavor and nutrition, mixing with soft malt starch syrup. This is produced one by one by hand in a traditional way. It is said that black bean extract is good for cough and throat through the ages, therefore this has been wisdom of living and recommended to people who has small children or, who don’t want to use medicinal drugs. Small children can also enjoy this as it has mild taste. This is Japanese original sweetness, transmitted by established shop in Kyoto.

-How to eat
Take an appropriate amount on the spoon, and melt it slowly in the mouse. It is delicious to have Ameyu (hot syrup juice) by melting it in boiled water.
