This is a health food combining ume extract and W oligosaccharides (fructooligosaccharide and galactooligosaccharide). Fructooligosaccharide and galactooligosaccharide are non-digestible oligosaccharides. They are known to increase bifidobacteria (prebiotics), which are representative of good bacteria in the stomach. It is blended in an exquisite balance, making it suitable for those who do not like sour taste.
Ume extract, which is about 50% citric acid and has a very strong acidity, is inherently very thick and extremely viscous, making it difficult to remove from the container. This product is made easy to eat by using oligosaccharide to sweeten the thick, viscous ume extract and make it more fluid.

■Ingredients: Fructooligosaccharide (manufactured in Japan), Galactooligosaccharide, Plum extract
■Directions: As a food, it can be consumed freely.
As a general guideline, take about 1 teaspoon per day, either as-is or dissolved in water or hot water. We recommend that you take it every day.
