Whole-wheat Sōmen noodle, with special ingredients and the way of procution.
From land of Kikuchi with rich nature, delivering straight hearted “active food”. Compared with normal Sōmen noodle, the colour is a little bit deeper, but the texture is smooth. This is whole wheat Sōmen noodle with sweetness and roast flavour of whole wheat. We can call it “whole food”. Using 100% of wheat from Kumamoto, which is cultivated in natural farming with no agrichemical and no chemical fertilizer. Utilizing rich water source and making water wheel work in the creek, the power is using for husking and grinding into powder. In the grinding process, the flour is shifted repeatedly in many times by making the screen finer little by little. Finally it gets finer whole wheat. As the taste of the wheat itself is good, it is OK with minimum ingredients and simple manufacturing. Human wisdom, much effort, and heart of producers are important points to maximize the taste of nature creation.

[How to eat]
Put Sōmen noodle (200g) in enough amount of boiled water, and cook it for about 2 minutes while detangling it with chopsticks. Take the noodle up as soon as it has done cooking, wash it by rubbing with running water.
*Be careful of as hot water spilled over while boiling noodle. Take well care of burning by hot water and noodles.
*Adequate quantity is for two persons per a package.
[Attention]
*As using whole wheat flour, the colour of the noodle is light brown. Brown dots in the noodle is from bran, so there is no problem on the quality.
*Best before date: 30 months
