Nebarigoshi is the variety of all-purpose flour. This is good for Udon-noodle with stickiness, smoothness and fine texture. It is said that this kind of flour is good for making noodle, but also for baking bread. Its rich taste, sweetness from grain, and fine texture are characteristic of this flour. Good for small children as it is domestically cultivated and post-harvest agrichemical or pest control fumigation free.
