Only the buds of hijiki seaweed are selected. From harvest to production, it is 100% made in the Kyushu area of Japan. Sprouts of hijiki are picked, dried, selected and packed.These are oval shaped, have a soft texture and an incredible taste.
The Kyushu area is full of good food and hijiki is but one of them. Get the aroma of the shore and the blessings of the sea. Small and soft, but strong in flavour, these buds are suitable for mixed rice, pasta and noodles.
(How to use)
Put the hijiki seaweed in a bowl, pouring plenty of water over it. Stir lightly, scoop it up by hand and discard the remaining water and small pieces of hijiki. Repeat this process for two times or more times, then leave it in clean water for a while.
*The quantity increases by more than 8 times when soaked in water

Simmer with fried tofu and beans, or use in a fried rice or salads
