This product is entirely made of organic perilla. None of salt, sugar or coloring agent is added to this product tasting fruity.

-This product is now in conversion and experiment period to obtain JAS certification.
-For this product, "Aka-Chirimen-Jiso"(Red Silk Crepe Perilla) is used.
-More than approx. 200 perilla leaves are consumed to make one bottle (300ml) of product.
-More than approx. 500 perilla leaves are consumed to make one bottle (720ml) of product.
-None of sugar, salt or coloring agent is used for this product.
-The product has a clear and vivid color of ruby.
-This product is good to drink without diluting or adding anything or also suitable for coloring and flavoring dishes or for making dessert or cocktail.
-This product is sold during the period of October to March only.

Best before first opening from the date of production: 8 months in cool and dark place
